Frank Downey
Trustee Director
Frank has over 35 years’ experience in the Actuarial and Employee Benefits fields and acts as a Scheme Actuary to a portfolio of pension schemes. He is currently a member of the Professional Affairs Committee and has served on the Council of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. Frank previously worked with Buck Consultants and Irish Life. He holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin and qualified as an actuary in 1986. Frank currently acts as a trustee adviser to many ILP clients, both DB and DC.
Jennifer Power
Trustee Director
Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience in the Employee Benefits field. Previous roles include working as a Pension & Employee benefit Consultant in both Mercer & Acumen & Trust. Before joining ILP Pension Trustees, Jennifer was a Business Leader in Unio Employee Benefits, heading up their Health & Care Benefits team, while also acting as consultant to a portfolio of key Corporate Clients, accessing a wider range of Unio advisory services including Group Pension, Life & Income Protection Insurances. Jennifer brings with her significant experience of working with and advising trustee boards and sponsoring employers on a variety of issues relating to and impacting their pension schemes.
